Dr. DeMicco was one of the best professors I have had at the University of Delaware. He has some amazing stories and is well respected by all of the students. Imparticular, his cruise ship management class was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about the subject and provides us with the opportunity to see the operation first hand on a real cruise.

Professor Demicco is one of the best professors at University of Delaware. His broad range of knowledge and experience is truly remarkable. The class was held abroad in Switzerland and Spain over a 3-week period and he ran the classes outside the classroom and gave us the opprtounity to learn through the countries culture. Truly great professor.

Dr. DeMicco really is a professor that cares about his students. He doesn't ruin your life with meaningless work. His class is stimulating. He loves study abroad and will help any student with recommendations. If you have a problem at all, just go to him. He is eager to help students and wants you to succeed. Dr. DeMicco is absolutely amazing. I went on a trip with him and he made the experience unique and really expanded my horizons. My trip focused on Italy cuisine. He is exceptional with his knowledge in Italian wine, food, and culture. I respect him and everything he did on my study abroad. He pushed us to go explore and I did just that. Go Fred!!

Demicco is a really nice guy but the class certainly drags on. It feels pretty irrelevant. It is essentially a current events class. Though I enjoyed learning about the industry, I'm not sure I will take anything from this class with me as I move on into the adult world.

This class is pretty hard...he doesn't give you a review or anything for the tests so it's kind of difficult. You get quizzed every week & usually the tests are made up of the quiz questions from before. He's nice but it's still kind of hard.
