Comment:

There are two exams and 6 blog assignments (very easy and only requires 250-400 words). He puts up the slides that talk about what was discussed in the readings and he goes into detail. I studied off of these slides ONLY and I got a 98% on the first exam. You NEED to go to class and study his slides to pass the exam. If you do, you're golden.

HST 487 and PHL 491 Great professor for a study abroad experience. Thoroughly enjoys what he is teaching, though a bit hard to follow sometimes. He is a philosophy guy though, so he pushes students to think independently and ask question back. I would definitely take another of his classes.

Class was so boring and he taught the information in a way that made it way more confusing than it needed to be. His teaching is very spastic. He knows the information but doesn't know how to teach it in order to make the class understand it. Worst Class Ever.

Interesting material, but presented in a way that was nearly impossible to follow. Vague study guides for the midterm and final. Seemed that it would cover concepts, but instead covered extremely specific details that could be pulled from lecture or a multitude of readings (course pack, ANGEL readings, or novels).
