class wasn't so bad, but the text (written by wilson himself) was so boring i nearly sawed off my own foot. this class had the potential to be really interesting, but fell far from the mark. he's kind of a creepy old man.

phil students: if you do not have a math background and want to do well in logic, do not take his class. i was in it but i dropped it. now i am taking the best logic class (using hurley text). do not take logic with a man who needs to make up his own text

sure knows what he's talking about. however, i had him in an introductory level philosophy class, and i found that he tends to cater to the students who already know their stuff.leads to alienation of students who are only starting to learn this stuff.

incredibly unclear lectures. class is unfortuantly a waste of my time because the topics are incredibly interesting. he is condescending and thinks his wittiness is funny but it's not. even his T.A. agrees with this perception. speaks in monotone.
