Seriously, get out before you get into a huge mess. I am an excellent student and because of his class my GPA was ruined. He DOES NOT TEACH and CANNOT. While in the class i felt like he was speaking an entirely different language. This was the worst accounting experience i had and also will screw you up for future accounting classes.

Prof. Kamin...if you're not interested...don't bother with this guy...if you are interested...don't bother with this guy. Means well, just takes things a little too indepth when most of the class isn't paying attention. I personally didn't have a problem with the guy..but I could see how someone could. Very dry, basic, but is very smart.

Professor Kamin was a great teacher. He gives TONS of extra credit on tests. So long as you dont do piss him off, you will do fine. Unfortunately, he is taking the winter term off because of a medical issue, but if he comes back i HIGHLY recommend you take him. I got an A+ in the class and he was great!

professor Kamin should NOT be teaching accounting first of all, he should be a professor of geography of the United States-Thats all hes good for. Complete Ass, Cares way too much about things like hats in class, cell phones, gum chewing,and doesnt care at all about his students actual education!DONT TAKE HIM- TAKE BARBRA NORRIS

omg, i don't even know where to begin. hes a freakin jerk first of all! hes not very helpful at all, and when he says he goes by the rules, he goes by the rules...do NOT take him..if you have him drop out NOW! everytime we had a test, about 80% of the class failed...whats that tell ya?!?!?!

He's a tool, period. He's boring and his knowledge of accounting comes across as arrogant. He intimdates the class then gets mad that no one asks questions or cares. On a total power trip, gives horrible notes, but his tests are not horrible since he does a review. Likes girls way mor than guys.

I think this guy is a great teacher. There is no doubt hes strict, extreamly strict! and he can be fairly tough. Just read the chapters and take the notes, and show up for the exam review class, he gives you the questions that will be on the TEST! Just study and you will do well!!!

He knows what hes talking about, however he doesnt teach it very well. He can tell you exaclty how to get to the town you live in, but cannot make his class interesting! His class is SOO boring, and the double periods are a struggle to get through.
