She doesn't teach, she just does problems on the board and expects you to figure out what she's doing, and doesn't even give you time to write down what she does. It is also very hard to stay awake in the class. There is always a homework assignment or two assigned, so you don't really get any breaks.

She's such a sweet woman, but has the softest voice ever, she makes it really hard to concentrate. She also will ask questions and just stand there for someone to answer even if its clear that no one understands or is paying attention. Basically, lectures are painful, but she makes it really clear what will be tested.

She used an application on her iPad for notes which frequently crashed. MANY MANY students dropped her class. She did not convey the course material in a way that was learnable, and the problems she gave weren't even completable with the help of multiple tutors!

Great professor! She really wants her students to learn. She's very knowledgeable about Theory of Probability. She's also really helpful if you go to her office hours. She always finds a way to answer questions or explain things in a different way so you understand them. I hated probability before this course, but I actually really loved it!

Dr. Sanchis is a wonderful teacher. She really cares about her students and tries hard to explain things in different ways so that everyone can understand. She is very organized and always willing to help. She really likes math and will sometimes take off minor points because she just really wants you to learn. Great professor!
