One word to describe her...boring, which is too bad because she's a really nice person and tries to help you when you need it. must must read the books or else you'll get nowhere - she wants really detailed summaries and analysis

I enjoyed this class as the text we used was politically up my alley. She is a thorough but fair marker. My main complaint is that she is quite disorganized and didn't do enough actual teaching of the theories behind argument essay writing. That being said, as in life, you get out what you put in.

Poor teacher, very all over the place with assignments. Gave an assignment to the glass but forgot to tell the class, when asked where the assignment was, she gave the whole class late marks for not handing it in on time, very hard picky marker. Likes to give out F's

Directions were always vague and never clarified what she was looking for; she generally laughed...Not helpful!! Furthermore, when you go to talk to her during office hours, she gives suggestions on how to improve your paper, but after handing it in, what she recommended is always different from what she wanted! INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING!

very lost and confused. Told us we had a quiz worth 10% the night before the quiz she emailed us all at 6 pm and made it worth 20%. the next morning it was worth 30% good luck with this one

Bad teacher, she is all over the place, loses assignments. Assigns the class journals but doesn't actually tell the class, then gives everyone late marks for not having them. Supper unclear on everything, changes lesson plans all the time. Boring lectures bring a pillow to class. Oh and she is a hard marker, gives out F's really easily.

i got a fabulous grade in here relatively easily. not alot of work, and always available for help. encourages participation and discussion. i really enjoyed her class, i found her open-minded and interesting. did take a long time to return papers though.
