Gary sure loves his sick days. He definitely has chronic back issues, but you have to wonder about an instructor who is absent for literally half of the semester. That aside, he definitely has an understanding of Java that few people will ever achieve. He should really be a developer somewhere, not an instructor.

The man is clearly a genius, but it's hard to follow him sometimes because of his monotone voice and convoluted vocabulary. I do appreciate him as a teacher, but I do not learn much (and I feel bad for it).
