He taught this class as if we were all science majors. He used power points and said to study all of them for the test. Then when you took the test the things that were on there were question he had mentioned like once in class. Hard class if you don't already know quite a bit about the subject.

somewhat interesting prof but does go off subject sometimes. he tag teamed with Kneller on this class, Smith's lectures were more interesting but his tests were harder for me than Kneller's. if you actually go to class and take a few notes then study the power points online in addition to following directions for the "internet" assignments easy.

He taught the course with Kneller, and Smith was a lot better. Really knew what he was talking about and helped you understand it. You do a bit of work in there, but it's nothing too hard. He's worth taking.

Smith is sooo much easier to listen to and understand than Kneller. They team taught the class I took and I did sooo much better when Smith was leading discussions-really knows what he's talking about.
