Gives very good notes, gives plenty of examples, and makes sure his students understands the material well. His practise midterms/lab quizes, are mirror to the real ones, so make sure to study them. His classes are very dry , but without a doubt the best prof teaching the course!!

Awesome prof! One of the best I've had so far, gives great notes, approachable, examples covered very clearly. Always willing to give a hand to anyone who needs it and is more than fair! The final exam was a little harder than expected, but its not hard go in with a good mark, therefore you should level off with a decent mark in the end.

Really nice - explains things as much as needed.. Assignments are a little tough but good practice, midterm was a joke. Excellent website - all notes posted in advance, solutions, assignments, lab stuff. And he speaks English!!

What a great prof! All notes are posted on his website, as are answers keys for assignments, quizzes, and tests. He covers the material at a very comfortable pace. He'll do whatever he can to make this course easiest on the students. Ultimately, if you do your part you can easily get an "A". I'm not surprised he won some sort of award for teaching.

Comment:

Dr. Sneddon makes Stats interesting, and he really tries to create a relaxed atmosphere during class and during exams. For example, a t/f on the final was "true or false, the professor is not as funny as he thinks he is." He manages to teach you everything wihtout making it too stressful. He knows when you try hard and will reward it. Great man.
