Professor Spelber is a genuinely nice and caring teacher. He definitely wants everyone to succeed however he can be forgetful and uses differeny symbols for formulas that dont translate to the textbook. I did very well but I had to teach myself and ask a lot of questions to understand.

I had trouble with math throughout my years. I've taken him at Nassau for a summer class. HE IS ONE OF THE BEST PROFESSORS IVE HAD. Honestly he cares and teaches well. TAKE HIM! I passed my class & I couldn't thank him more !!!

Prof Spelber really cares about students. He really wants us to understand the concepts and will go over them over them several times in various ways. He is always available for questions. His tests are hard because of the way they are worded, however it isn't anything that has not been covered in class.

Prof. Spelber is very good. He tries to help those who want to help themselves. Things are not always clear but if youre willing to stay later so is he. I am not very good at math and he has been extremely helpful. Enjoy being in his class very much. He sometimes gets distracted but that would be by the students who are there to talk and b annoying

One of the most frustrating experiences of my academic career. His teaching style is erratic, he's forgetful, frequently misuses terms and has to be corrected by the class. His tests and homework are easy, but don't bother asking for help. He will confuse you even further. I had to teach myself from the textbook, which worked since I got an A.
