He's a very good professor. I didn't open my textbook once in his class nor have I ever taken a chemistry class prior to his. I got over 100% on all of his exams and I got -1 on his final and ended with a 99.7% He's very kind and is willing to help you if you ask no matter how stupid your question may seem. I suggest taking it with him.

If you want to learn Chemistry Do Not Take this Class with this professor! His lectures are not clear and confusing and when you ask a question he gets upsets and tell you to seek help in the science lab. Besides him not being a good techer he is also rude. Do not take him.

The most horrible teacher ever! Our whole class sits in lab all day people are getting D's, tutors solve his problems and get wrong answers because his problems are incomprehendable. He deducts points on tests and labs by error and you have to argue with him for points. he says its only marginal when he takes points off for nothing.

Horrible teacher. I signed up for different one they switched instructors for our section. Lab is always full of people from our class who understand nothing. Teacher sends people to lab and doesn't explain stuff. Takes points off on labs and tests by error. Do not take this teacher, I'm trying to find a way to drop him without a W.

Please take my advice and DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS with MR.STERLING!!!!! He is by far the worst chemistry teacher. Mr.Sterling is a very horrible teacher, he is constantly making mistakes and unclear about a subject he is suppose to know a lot about.
