Comment:
He was not the worst professor I had at CNU, but he was a very average professor. I'm not a theater major, but I'm an art major and am willing to put in the work and don't expect classes in the arts to be easy. His inability to explain material was extremely frustrating, but he was available after class pretty much every day.

I was not excited to take a drawing class but I have definitely seen progress. Unfortunately my best drawing received a B so I'm not really sure how he grades. He's nice enough but sometimes he doesn't explain a project well enough. He sometimes gets confused when we ask questions and then doesn't answer them. Be prepared to dedicate time to this.

Hillow seems really nice in the beginning of the semester but he's kind of rude at times. He's funny but gets mad when you laugh at him. Do not text or use computers in his class- he gets really pissed. He seems like he knows his stuff but goes on awkward tangents on aspects of musicals that aren't important. Overall he's a little above average.

this is the broadway to hollywood and back class- you read the play and watch the movie then write about it. seriously an easy class. quizzes are "eh" and some of the plays are boring but prof is great. definitely a class to take if its being offered

I'm not like most people. I don't rate a professor based on how they grade me. I did not get an A in this class, but that doesn't change Hillow's teaching quality. He's very engaging, and knows his stuff. Read and reread the textbook. His quizzes are crazy hard but all come from the textbook and musical your studying that week so know both.

Prof is a good professor. He occasionally forgets to explain how to do something, but he's really approachable and easy going when mistakes are made. However, when grading he is kind of hard so if you go into this class knowing that it's not an easy A, it won't be as bad. He grades based on what other people do, and that's the only downfall.

Don't take this class. I thought it was going to be great but I ended up hating it. He grades by how the class rates you and there's a lot more acting than you think.

George is a really awesome prof. His class discussions are great and it's really important to take notes on everything he says because anything could be on the quizzes/test. He's definitely a hard grader. He was an english major so have multiple people look over your writing. As for the final, it was ridiculus and asked too much of the students.

I took his drawing and drafting class. He's not very helpful to everyone and be careful because he picks favorites maybe by major or even race. Once when I asked for help during his office hours and he claimed he was too busy throughout the rest of the semester to help me, but the next week of class he told one of the students he's free every morni

He's very cut and dry. And we theater people like to elaborate too much. But, he's great. He's only hot because his attire is so cool.
