He is very nice, a great teacher but is lazy when it comes to his labs and doesn't spend enough time in class to make the students time worth while in the lab though his lectures are very well done and i like him as a teacher! I like him a lot

Goerge is a cool guy. THis class was really easy and he even cancelled many classes at a time. With that being said as long as u go to lab and a few lectures you should be able to get an easy A. You do have to give a 20 minute powerpoint presentation on a country but that wasnt bad either. He is funny and makes what hes teaching interesting.

I really only enrolled because I thought he was the actual Mr. Rodgers, boy was I wrong! I just learned that guy died...wow. Anyways, really informative class, he used lots of pictures and flashy objects and props...and that keeps me entertained.

This teacher is absolutely the greatest. I will admit, I got a C on the 1st test, but I worked my way up to an A. He can be easy for you depending on ur study habits. Study minimal and u can get a decent grade. I recommend him.

Very nice guy and easy going. If you do ur job as a student and study, then you will do great. He is easy but you do have to study. One project can be easy points if you actually do the work. Overall, one of the best instructors at Ohlone.

geog101. I read most of the comments that's why i took rodgers. don't let his layed back teaching style lull you into a false sence of security..he is not that easy. it just seems that way. if you don't go to class, you will get a lousy grade. just reading the book aint going to cut it. i learned so much but i am getting only a b. go to lecture.

Where to start? Well, he is a fantastic teacher, class was NEVER boring, and not that much HW. Well, one thing we had to to do was pick a topic and to either write a 6 page report or do a presentation related to culture. Easy points! Multiple choice questions on test some, fill in. Overall a wonderful and funny man, very much to the point .

Had George for both ANTH 102 and GEOG 101. Took this class online about a few years ago, worked my butt off and still got a D (tells u a lot bout the teacher). I am currently retaking it to boost my GPA... and George is GREAT! Fun and straight to the point. Test are easy, if you study. Highly recommended... take with NO other teacher!

Way too easy. This class was ridiculously boring and too easy for anyone just a notch above brain dead. It's a good class if you just need units, but the class is boring because it's so easy. Nice guy, but the class was not challenging at all.

This class was beyond easy! Just show up to the labs and you're good. The lectures are pretty interesting too, we watched a couple movies. If you have any questions or are confused, he'll help you out. If you don't test well, talk to him personally and he'll be sure to help you.

Rodgers is the funniest professor ive had, YOU KNOW, even though i'm still in my first year. He knows what he's talking about too. He knows we don't want to be in class,so he tries to get things done quickly. Lab is mandatory but it's a little over an hour, suck it up. Awesome guy, great class,he makes me want to go to class. Get him if you can. A+
