I loved this class. Great professor! Classes were just taking notes from the board, but he delivered the info great. Homework and tests were on MyMathLab but it was very helpful. He is a very helpful teacher and always available to help. I ended up with a 99 average for the semester! Definitely take him!

This was one of the easiest classess I have ever taken ! I would most definitely take this class again. He is pretty clear with explaining thing although he messes up problems sometimes. If you don't understand something he is always willing to help. Give practice cams which are a spitting image of the actual test just with different #'s, Easy A!

He is a great professor. Very easy class with great understanding of the content. Just do the homework and you will understand the lectures in class. He makes attendance mandatory but you will be fine if you miss a class or two. Definitely recommend him.

Cohen was super easy!!! I hardly went to class and still passed. To be honest the MyMathLab hw can be a substitute for lecture. The tests and quizzes are not to difficult as long as you know what you're doing and he encourages using calculators. Totally would take again just for an easy class.

Wonderful! Sweetest old man ever and super understandinglenient. Concepts in class are sometimes discussed a little quickly, but he's always willing to help during office hours and a little after class. Lots of online and written homework. Easy weekly quizzes as long as you review HW and previous lessonsnotes on the appropriate sections.

AMAZING! Take him take him take him. I love math but he really breaks it down for those who don't know and he goes at a very reasonable pace, explains well, projects his voice, and he's the cutest old guy ever. Always answers questions clearly, and is an easy grader.

Such a nice older man. Loves his job. Very passionate about his job. He goes very fast and doesn't explain things clearly enough. We'd go through 2-3 concepts within an hour and I wouldn't have enough time to catch on to it. If you go see him during office hours, he'll catch you up. I didn't do very well because of the pace of the class though. Meh

Professor Cohen is an excellent professor. I've always been a poor math student, and I understand almost everything he teaches. The homework is graded, but as long as you do it completely and attempt every problem you get a 100%, the tests are straight forward as long as you understand the material. If you are taking math 119, take Professor Cohen.

Anyone should take professor cohen. He is such a nice old guy and you can tell that he cares about his students. He grades leniently, and the tests are always easier then you'd expect. I maintained an average of around a 98%, but I also took precalc in High school. Regardless, he's probably one of the best for this class.

Prof Cohen is a wonderful teacher! He will do anything to enable you get the best possible grade. HWs are very easy and he grades them leniently. I didnt open the book after the first week of his class, because the notes are so helpful. Test are kinda easy just have to spend like 2days preparing. Overall he is really a nice person. I recommend!!

I had Mr. Cohen for Math 119...he's an amazing teacher, goves a number of examples so that you understand the material. He's very clear...and helpful, hedoes all he can fro the students. Very straight forward, assigns homework once a week and a test once a month...GREAT PROFESSOR!!!

Great Professor!!! I am horrible at math and i truly believe he is a rarity in that department for sure. I passed his class with a B and I have a very hard time with math. I definately recommend him especially for people who aren't strong in math.
