I really enjoyed Gerri as a prof. Even though her notes were all handwritten, I am not a geography major but found this course extremely interesting. I came out of the course feeling like I learning some useful things that I could take with me. You can tell she has been teaching for a while, but I still enjoyed her class

Time TO retire! wow all i can say is that she has taken a turn for the worst this last year, talking to students ( ESL students) in a slow and rediculous tone as if the person did not understand what she was saying even thought they can speak and understand english perfectly. She needs to get rid of the attitude, or get out

Teaches you one thing and than quiz you on another, hasn't changed her notes or exams in years. Lazy, inconsistent and monotone avoid at all cost. Even if you do pay attention in class her slide have not been changed in years and she likes to hear herself talk, her jokes are not funny and she seems annoyed when you ask her for help.

one of my best profs ever..no joke! take her class she's fun and fair and wants u to learn but develop skills. she is interested in the sucess of her students which is a nice change sometimes. u will love her stories and analogies.if u need a science or are in geo go for it! very approachable, no surprizes on exams.she's like an auntie!

Very likeable prof. Has an entertaining sense of humour without it feeling forced, gives good examples that are easy to visualize. Wouldn't call it a tough class, requires a little work though, at least do the reading/labs. Equally good in lab as she is in lectures.

A wonderful woman, VERY knowledgable- tries to relate her lectures with examples from canada and if she can manitoba, which makes them easier to remember in my opinion. Very thorough in her lab teachings- wants to ensure that you understand. Necessary to pay attention though as her examples come generally from her mind and years than from teh text

she was my lab prof. I swear I only went to two labs and remember a joke she'd made at the start of the year about "that person who only shows up to two labs and flunks the final." I got about a B on the final.
