Ugh! So horrible, she had no sympathy on us as first years and she would always ask the 3rd year in our tutorial to explain things that Gita couldn't explain. I think I learned more from that one girl then I did from Gita! I hate you Gita!!! I hope I passed, God help me if I have to take Crit Issues again...

This was an online course. Work load was heavy and lectures were dense. Class was very hard and did not seem like an introductory 1st year course AT ALL. Prof was very unforgiving. Stay away from this course if you can.

The prof. was just plain rude. Comments were condescending and bordering abusive. Students were ranted at, and really, I don't care how much/little you got paid to teach this course. I had to pay to take this course, and since enrolment in classes is what funds your salary, have more respect for those of us generating your salary!

Completely useless and just plain RUDE. when i asked her how i could bring up my grade she essentially reemed me out and gave me no explanation as to how she was marking, and no clue as to how to improve, the whole class just seemed to be an attempt to justify web pages as art, when most of what she showed could have been done by any two bit hack

i really enjoyed gita's class. she really makes you thinks your art to death but in the end its worth it. She does expect you to work and if you don't then she's not gonna give you any breaks. But if you just do what she asks and really try to learn, not just pump out the projects, than you'll do well

this was the most interesting course i've taken in a long time, and i'm graduating this year. yeah, she expects you to work, but you're getting 6 credits in 6 weeks so it's a lot of work. at least the material is very interesting and she humanizes her lectures

What a terrible teacher! I don't know how she got into teaching at a university level, cuz she's absolutely horrible! Gita has to learn to chill and be less anal, and not get angry all the time. Anyways, for those of you who have never had her as a prof, stay AWAY. She's a waste of time, energy, and money.

useless! absolutely useless. i did not learn anything in that class. we spent an entire 4 hours sitting and doing NOTHING but hearing her ramble about nothing. i wish i knew she was teaching otherwise i would have not taken the class. this person should not be paid for what she does because she doesn't do anything.

This wasn't Gita's best year, maybe. But people might want to remember that her sister died in the middle of the course and have a little compassion for that. The fact that she kept on teaching is pretty amazing. Showing some interest is all it takes to warm her up.
