Hes a very caring teacher and will help you out outside of class if needed. His tests are very fair, but the information within this class is very boring and reparative, he trys his best for engagement and is overall a great teacher

people will tell you mixed reviews about gongbing... honestly if you listen to him and pay attention he will tell you EXACTLY what is on the midterm and final so although lots of people say there are no study resources if you go to class you'll be fine. Also if you go see him in his office hours he will literally explain anything or do it for you.

Not gonna lie, this prof turned a class that should be pretty easy into quite a hard class. He is hard to understand and often overcomplicated the material in my opinion. No textbook so study resources are based completely on his notes. Entire grade consists of two tests (midterm and final) so if you aren't the best at exams good luck.

I found him to be a tough prof while others liked him. His grading criteria was 40% midterm, 60% exam, so no room for error. If he marks something wrong on your test that is actually right, he won't give you the points without remarking the whole test. His questions are exactly from the notes so it is basically regurgitating information.

He can be hard to understand at times but is very clear as to what exactly will be on exams, make sure to attend all classes and mark down what he says will be on the exams. Midterm and Final are easy, wants to give you marks never leave any blanks. Lab Quizzes are free marks. There is a paper that is quite a bit of work but he's a fair marker.

Is he hard to understand? Yes. Do you need to pay extra attention bc of this? Yes. BUT! HE tells you exactly what is on his tests! Very smart man. Im sure we would be a awesome prof back home, but bypass the accent and you'll ace his class. Very nice and helpful man!

great prof, hard to understand yes, but everything is directly from his powerpoints and he tells you what will be on the exam when hes covering it, so go to class, and study your notes and youll do fine. take biomech with him instead of doan if you can keeps it simple and math formulas are kept to a minimal "we have computers that do that for us no

He is an amazing prof. You'll learn a lot practical and useful stuff from him, if you pay attention. His accent makes you a little tough to fellow him at the beginning. But, once you get accustomed to it, you'll find his lecture is marvelous. He is the best prof I have experienced so far.

Biomechanics is THE hardest class in kinesiology, so if you're looking for a GPA booster, this is not it. However, if you want to actually learn useful stuff, Bing's your man! This guy is a freakin' genius AND very nice...a combination you unfortunately don't see very often nowadays. He knows his stuff and is extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

The class was harder than at MRC only because there was no clarification on what he wanted with the lab portion of the class. Very confusing.. but he's alright.. make sure u pay attention in class as he makes mistakes and needs ppl to fix them so you dont get lost when your studying for the exams!

If you are willing to put in some work you will be rewarded. Yes, there is a small problem with his accent and sometimes he throws in a few German words, but if you are paying attention it isn't a problem.
