I hate that he rolls his eyes every time you ask a question, even though he keeps saying he want's people to ask questions. It makes you feel dumb. Nevertheless, the class was good, and he explained everything very well, you just gotta pay very close attention, especially if your bad at math, like me.

Not a good experience, Differential Equations sucks, and this guy made it suck even more. Not especially nice, and graded the homework & tests pretty harshly. Wouldn't recommend taking dif eq with him to anyone.

He takes things quite slow in the begginning. Like really slow. However, he cares. He wants you to do good, so thereofore hes always really helpful. Griff is quite the math nerd, but you can tell he loves his job. He'll get excited alot of the time when explaining things. He makes class quite appealing. You wont regret taking him.

He is a very good teacher. I had no problems understanding him at all. He is patient and helpful to those who pay attention and do the work, but he does not tolerate those who sleep or disrupt class, or who don't make a good effort. I'd gladly take another of his classes in the future.

I liked this prof because I like Algebra, but most of my class hadn't taken math in while. I think he really discouraged them on the first day. He said they would need serious help to pass, but they seemed to do fine. I wouldn't take him if you haven't taken math in awhile. He makes people feel dumb for asking questions. Little hw that counts.

This guy was a great teacher, I had him in '03 and did great in his class. He is a little hard to understand at first, but once you get use to the accent it goes great. Goes by the book, so it's very easy to follow if you don't understand. Knows his material very well. Great teacher.

Excellent professor. He understands the material almost too perfectly. He's rigid and doesn't have much of a sense of humor, but who in math does? I recommend him if you have a hard time with math. I've learned a lot in his course.

Is this clear? It's very important. This class sucks so bad. He doesn't know how to explain things. He is easily confused. He argues with students and is often wrong. And I think he might be illiterate.

The class was very straight forward and quite easy. He is very picky about showing work on tests so be careful. He has no sense of humor and can be quite boring. I think he needs to attend anger management, because he does get mad very easily.
