Devitt is a great professor. He gives you clear criteria for how he will assess you and then sticks to it. Discussions and chapter tests are 40% of your grade each with a PowerPoint project worth 20%. Love this professor!

I absolutely loved the classes I took with Guy Devitt. He is very likable and easy to work with. He will grade mostly on discussion in an online environment, so be ready to write! He will also ask you to create a presentation. It is easy to get an A in this class if you are willing to participate in discussions.

He is great and very understanding, he will work with you so you can pass. If you're a honest student and you participate being tardy and missing isn't a big problem. He also wishes to do impersonations during class, some are very old so you probably won't even get it, but the excitement he is doing them is fun to watch. Financial math need book
