one of the worst professors I've ever had. The materials comes from his own mind, don't bother buying the book. I had no choice but to take this course with him because he's the only one teaching it. However, don't take any classes with him. He SUCKS!

oh my GOD, where the hell do i begin??? theory, theory, theory, with examples that made no sense at ALL! only reason anyone passed this class was because he graded on a scale of 20. book was informative, lectures were useless! knowledgeable man, HORRIBLE teacher. if u see him in your subject, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!

Please, PLEASE take my advice and avoid this professor. I'm not sure why he is still employed at UNCC. It is totally worth taking this class on a Friday with a different professor. I wish I had. This class is a huge guessing game (grade and material wise.) He didn't even tell our class what we scored on the third exam.

He like a double threat. He cannot be understood easily, he sends me to sleep each time I go into his class. Which would normally be okay because I'm a book person; however, this teacher does not teach from the book. He has his own personal style that must be used on his tests. So just because he's the hottest professor ever, don't take his class.

This will be the second time I have attempted this class (ITCS 2175) with no luck. This professor raises his voice at the class to express woes about grades, and is very incomprehensible during lecture. Very difficult homework that is supposed to be in full proof format the entire time. I haven't had any other professor like this one so far. Avoid.

Worst professor at school hands down. Dont buy book, its never used. Assignments are indepth so prepare to spend time on them. Got A's on my projects and near 0's on tests and came out with a C in 4128. Class is basically pointless to go to.

This guy's teaching style is truly garbage. Lectures are incomprehensible and hard to follow. Programming assignments have nothing to do with lectures and exams are extremely hard. He does responds to emails... DAYS LATER. I think he gets off on seeing so many students either drop or flunk out. And wth is he the only guy who teaches this class??

Horrible, I am a straight A student and maintained a 4.0 prior to this class. I studied tediously, yet received grades like 30 out of 100's on the test, yet magically received a C at the end of the year. I had read reviews prior to the semester and thought the reviewers were just lazy, they are not. If you have a class with him switch immediately!

This is by far the worst professor I have ever had. And you can't avoid him because he is the only one teaching 4102 right now. He rambles on endlessly about god knows what, his assignments are incomprehensible, and his tests will make you want to cry. You will NOT get an A, so don't expect it. Don't even buy the book either, you don't need it.

Poor teacher. Doesn't explain well and assumes knowledge of java. Tests aren't too bad and the programs took me a while to figure out the concepts they utilized. I turned in some stuff that I just guessed how it worked and got a C. Wouldn't recommend unless you like nap time.

this man is a cunning person. he tells you 'don’t worry' you should really worry about him. he is teaching extremely poor, but he asks extremely difficult. do not, do not trust him in any circumstances. he one of terrible instructors in the computer science department. avoid him as much as you can.
