I took crime and justice with Dr. Murray this semester, and it was a wonderful class. His lectures can sometimes get confusing, but if you read the required material and focus on the study guide he gives before every test then you'll be golden! Overall, he was a very enthusiastic professor and you could tell he enjoyed the class! Would recommend!

Not clear at all. Doesn't have clear lectures, have no idea what is going on. Unorganized. Can't read handwriting. Makes no sense. Hard tests on things never covered. Taught myself the entire time. Doesn't cover key points, rambles instead.

Love him!! He is so sweet and he loves what he teaches. There is a lot of note-taking during his class but his tests and assignments were easy! He gives a study guide before each test and they help a lot. When you take your Sociology peq, I would recommend him! He has many funny and interesting stories about his life (he's been arrested a lot)!

Great teacher, passionate about justice. Class is informal, but be prepared for exams. Everyone knows he will be arrested if Bush comes to town, and everyone respects Dr. Murray for his efforts to end the war. Every student at Nazareth should have the opportunity to have a class with this man.

Very interesting and entertaining. He tries to say as many radical things as possible to get people engaged and arguing, but he respects other opinions and always relates his stories to class. Great classes, I took his class and switched my major to sociology and I love it.

Dr Murray is a character! He is a corky man but I really enjoyed his classes. He is a funny man and has a lot to say. His classes weren't too hard but you do need to keep up with your class notes n his lectres. If you miss a class.. get the notes! You'll need them for the tests! But I really enjoyed him and would recommend him to others!
