Professor Lape, teaches you Philosophy, with specifics, but also ingrains the energy of the love of wisdom into your life. I graduated in 09 with a degree in Philosophy, he was my advisor. I like most Phil, grades stumbled around the workforce a little bit, but then found my niche. It's been lucrative, and doesn't feel like work.

REALLY BORING. Tried to focus and learn what he was talking about in Philosophy 100- was completely confused and learned very little from his class. When I asked him for extra help understanding concepts, his response was even more confusing. He's really nice though, and I did get a C+ even though I didn't deserve it.

Brilliant man, passionate about philosophy and is very knowledgeable. He can be boring but if you do listen to what he says he is hilarious.he's very nice and will never throw a curveball at you. Test wise, he will only test you on what he writes on the board so take good notes and you will be fine(no need to review readings for tests).
