He is a nice enough guy but I found him very hard to understand. I also found his teaching ability very low. his slides are a mess and a lot of times hard to understand or all together wrong. if you have him for this course be prepared to learn the criteria on your own

Really good prof who want's you to succeed. Notes are very miss and you should expect to you use YouTube. Assignments are a lot of work and undervalued for the work you are expected to do per assignment.

Comment:

Hassouna Moussa has the worst notes that I have ever experienced. You are much better off looking up the subjects on YouTube or other websites since it is very difficult to read and understand his notes. They are not spellchecked and the graphs are wrong lots of the time. He is a very quiet professor so I would recommend sitting near the front.

I have great respect for Professor Hassouna Moussa and that cares a lot about his students. However. This class has taken a concept that I found interesting and made it very, very boring. Attendance at lectures was poor and I always had trouble keeping myself awake. His lectures are very uninteresting which made it difficult to learn. Avoid!

Quiet talker and likes to ramble on about subjects which makes it hard to understand the material. Im learning the course from the textbook not him. Lectures are very long and boring and is hard not to fall asleep during them.

Super nice guy, really respects his students. Thick accent though, and talks really quietly. All the usual geriatric quirks. Tests are very similar to assignments.

Comment:

Course material can be very dull & difficult at times. Class can even cause drowsiness. However, Moussa is a great guy & really does a great job explaining material in the easier ways & also jokes about it & relates it to current issues. Genuinely WANTS you to understand. Also is a very lenient marker & a sharp dresser as well. Recommended for ECON

Prof.Moussa is a very kind prof with smart teaching methodologies. I had expected this class to be too hard but just to realize it was cool. Hassouna has a great concerned of class participation. When you participate in his class you will do well. He had his own good notes not the textbook you bought. His tests are from the assignments. so nice!!
