I'm still not sure what to think, Your test answers need to be VERY specific and she tends to trick people with some of her Test questions, her notes are scattered everywhere on the board (when she has them) if you know, and are interested about hte subject.. then i'm sure you'll find her better then those just taking the class for other reasons

Yah, learing law might be boring and hard, but as a Douglas grad and completing Crim @ SFU now, Hunter preps you well for other law classes at SFU, especially for those wanting to go into law or policing, cuz u'r gonna need to know the Code and case law.

Kathy was a very hard marker..not only on exams but on the paper as well. A lot of the multiple choice questions were very unclear on the exams. The content was difficult to grasp at times but overall the class was okay.

What everyone said below is wrong. If you come to every class, study for your exam, and prepare for ur paper ahead of time, then there is no reason why you can't get an A. One thing is true though, she didn't write a lot of notes on the board so u really have to pay attention to what she is saying.

Unfortunatly most of the things written about her below are true. She lacks teaching abilites, she rambles too much, a test of a good teacher is if you can explain the material thoroughly while keeping it simple, she seemed pretty unorganized. Oh yeah tests are immposible! I REAPEAT!!!!!!

BOOOOO!!!! This is most horrible teacher ever. Criminal law class is no fun by nature + she makes it a suiside. Sometimes i wonder if she notice that 80% is missing after the break :|. Test are hard!
