Professor DeCoro is so sweet. Her class is easy and you can ask her anything. Quizzes due at the end of the week. You can take them as many times as you like until you get a perfect score. You need to attend an Opera performance (very nice). There's 2 small papers due and she offers extra credit. I recommend her.

A very easy class! Need to attend 2 opera events she lists. If you go to the one she goes to you only need to sign your name, or else you have to answer a sheet with questions. Online quizzes can even be answered by Google instead of by book! Though by book you'll find the answers quite blatantly. Can retake the quiz as many times as you like.

Online and officially the easiest class I've taken, as everyone else said. Highly, HIGHLY recommended. Actually, it's a must. My class only had to do 1 report (EITHER a concert or a famous composer), which was extremely easy, and it could be interesting and inspiring as well. I definitely learned a lot about classical and opera.

Professor DeCoro is very passionate about music. I took her online class and it was extremely easy to get an A. All the music can be heared from YouTube and all the test/quizzes can be retaken for a perfect score (excluding mid term and final) and there are reports you must do. I highly recommend taking this class to fulfill your art requirement.

Professor DeCoro is an excellent teacher! This online class is definitely an easy A!! All the quizzes (including midterm and final) are open-book. She's slow at responding back to your emails. However, I highly recommend her! I'm very happy I took this class. :)

Awesome online class, very interesting. Much too easy, but I suppose its because she wants you to actually enjoy opera rather than just learn it. She wants people to pass. She'll make that clear if you don't do well in the in-class exam (online quizzes you can retry). She's willing to help & very accessible online.

This professor is very helpful and caring. The grade you get in the class depends on you. If you just actually study for a few hours for the midterm and final you should do well. You can retake the quizzes, but if you fail the final or the midterm it will hurt you. They are really easy if you actually just listen to the music for a few hours.

Took online and it was incredibly easy to get an A. Probably didn't retain much but ALL the quizzes you can retake until you get a perfect score. Midterm is questions directly from those quizzes, and the Final is actually IN-CLASS and it's a listening final. Easy to pass but pay attention and actually listen to the CD's to know songs for the final.

DO NOT buy the textbook. you can take all the quizzes as many times as you want. print them out once you get 100% bc these are the same exact questions on the tests and final. BS the discussion boards, and listen to the music on youtube. this class is literally a FREE A.

Online class was an EASY A. Retake quizes as many times. She is really nice and caring. One mid-term straight from quizzes. Final at the end of course but still easy! Highly recommended!
