Super caring and understanding, really cares about her students. Show up to class and participate some, and you're in the clear. If you have her as an adviser, just make sure you know what classes you want and exactly what your graduation requirements are. Will honestly bend over backwards to help you, but you have to ask.

Good mentor, but does not necessarily offer the best advice. Count up how many credits you'll need! Chances are you'll probably start having to take 18 credits a semester and summer classes if you want to graduate on time. She told me I would never have to take more than 15 credits.
