i don't recommend taking japanese class with him. not only is he stubborn and old-school minded, but he grades extremely hard. i heard six out of six ppl dropped out in the first semester of japanese level 3 class last semester.

If you want to have a high cumulative gpa, do NOT take the class with him. He is the kind of guy who enjoys and feels satisfied giving you loads of work. He will at times ridicule and give sarcastic comments directly to you. He is also very old-school minded and won't even allow you wear a hat to class. Expect loads of work.
