Getting help is like pulling teeth. Work load is extremely heavy, job or not. Nit picky when grading. Class is not worth the risk and was not taught like most online classes. Find a different professor or be prepared to teach yourself everything. The book is not good and online assignments are hard. Quizzes are nothing like tests

Run for the hills and do not look back.If you are hard working and good in stats,it will not be enough. She is nit picky. You will struggle if you take this online.Getting useful help is like pulling teeth.I don't think online teaching is for her.The workload is VERY heavy esp. if you work. Don't risk the hit to your gpa or aid if you get it Honestly

Very difficult material for an ONLINE course. Be prepared for heavy study and reading. Instructors materials are scattered and very difficult to find. Dr Baker doesn't teach interpretation of stats but she DOES test on it. She allows notes for the in-person exams and may provide extra credit opportunity. An A is obtainable but you must stay ahead.

Learn the material!! This is a very challenging class but I made an A while taking 3 other classes and working full-time. There is a moderate amount of work but the professor is very approachable and willing to give hints. In-person midterm and final. I got a 98 on the final without studying and she curved it up to a 100.

Took the class online and it was too difficult for me to complete. She continuously changed deadlines at the last minute, forgot to mention videos were available to help, and was overall very unorganized with the lesson. I am typically an A student, but could not keep up with this class at all.

Doesn't explain anything. Like an earlier student said, doesn't care if you learn anything or not. She is not helpful at all. Won't really answer questions. Gives a ton of work. Does give a couple extra credit assignments at least.

I took this class online. The workload is very tough, but Prof Baker is very fair in her grading. If you do all the work you will do good. She is very helpful in answering questions and even extended some deadlines when the class was struggling with a certain chapter. If you're willing to work, I would highly recommend her.

Very heavy work load. Professor doesn't care whether students learn or not.She doesn't understand when students fail it is a reflection on her. Worse class I have ever taken. I would NOT recommend this Professor to my enemy!!!!

I'm taking this class online. It's very hard!!! I don't think its the professor, its just that it's really hard material. There's weekly homeworks, assignments in aplia (which she calls quizzes) and discussion assignments. But you can take cheat sheets to the midterm and final which are in person so thats very helpful.

Be prepared to work very hard in this class. One of those Professors who knows statistics very well, but cannot teach it so you can understand. If you get stuck on something she refers you to her videos which is useless. Do not take the summer classes especially because she goes very fast. Worst professor I have ever had

Be prepared to come to class everyday and take good notes. The best way to learn is by writing down all the examples. She allows cheat sheets so that is a BIG help. Homework and attendance recommended. Textbook not needed. "A" if you put in the time and effort.

All I can say is this class is hard! Unless statistics comes easy for you! I took it online and really wish I didn't fail but I struggled all semester. Gives presentations online, lots of homework and discussions to apply the coursework also quizzes for each module. Good teacher but hard material!

She looks a lot like Laura Bush. She's a really nice and friendly person but she is not a very good teacher. The only thing you'll develop from the group projects is a hatred for Microsoft Excel. Take Verhoeven for Econ 3300 instead of Baker.

Econ 2300 Online is a very hard class. If you take this class online get ready to take quizzes every week and have really hard homeworks. A lot of power point presentations are giving every week. The professor is not very helpful, most answers given are "You have to see the presentation". The Midterm and Final are very hard!... Take in on campus!

If you don't mind changes in the syllabus and course schedule every other week, a cumulative final, each chapter's lectures being posted 2-3 days prior to your weekly quiz due date, this is the teacher for you! On another note, she is good in helping you with problems you have, allows you to re-take quizzes and gives review sheets for exams.

She is a good teacher. Go to class and do the homework. Use the cheat sheet. She does move fast but she also reviews. I would recommend her and would take her in the future
