I cannot convey how much I love this man. He is an amazing teacher and is extremely knowledgeable. Knows exactly what he is talking about. By the end of this class you will listen to music in a completely different way. You learn so much and you don't even feel like your learning it. Assigns papers and listening,but they aren't difficult

Prof. Berberich is the man! tests are the easiest I have ever taken. gives out a fair amount of work. but its easy. he helps you become a better listener to music and teaches you how to appreciate it more. He's a funny guy too. just dont show up late to class

VERY VERY VERY Nice! I thought this was going to be a horrible class but he makes it very enjoyable with his attitude. He knows what hes talking about as well and teaching the class very well. Just don't try to be a wiseas* back to him, he will always get the last laugh (in a good way)

He can be funny at times and a real jerk the next, but overall his class is good. Its pretty easy, although we never watched the movies we were supposed to which sucked.
