I LOVE this guy. Great Chef, great stories. The field trip to Corsetti meat packers was great. The trips to St. Lawrence Market to show us how to shop STILL stick in my mind 12 years later. I had the honour to cook for him and his wife about 5 years ago and It was great finally showing him all the great things he'd taught me. Celtic U.rules, son!!!
