Well most of the questions on the tests were right out of the textbook or very similar to those inside. Interesting character, a decent prof and better than most others from the department. Midterms were easy, while the final exam was hard but worth so little. You do not need much effort in this class as it is easy as long as he teaches it.

Passmore definately made all the material bearable, he was so enthusiatic all the time! Funny guy, but tough midterms but final was okay...make sure to read the text and pick up on little hints he drops for questions on the tests. He was so adorable!

Frankly he really didnt do much other than teach right out of the textbook. Pretty easy. It was one of those classes you didnt have to go to and still do well in it. Im proof of that. His exam was randomly hard though.

So I loved Passmore because he is SOO adorable!! But he is a horrible chem prof. He only read directly from the text during lectures and that included all of his examples. And a completely different woman makes up the exam...not fair. He was cute and entertaining though!

Funny and entertaining to listen to but can't teach worth a damn. He just re-reads the text book in his own wacky way. I took his class twice and all that I learned is that he is not a TV. As a person I give him an A as a prof he gets an F.

I'm going against the grain here and saying Jack Passmore is a total sweetheart. He was my first Chem prof and I enjoyed his lectures very much. He was also very helpful to me when I came to him after class to ask questions. I think he's hilarious!
