Dr. Dietz is a really nice and down to earth guy. Made the notes available through Titanium. Lectures could get a little dry but he likes to tell jokes and stories to keep the class awake. 4 tests including the final. Final is optional only to boost up your grade. He really wants all of his students to pass. Take him if you have a chance.

Lectures quickly from powerpoint thats online, bring a laptop for notes. Assigns homework, but sometimes forgets to tell you its assigned so make sure you check online frequently. A lot of extra credit. Four exams, can drop one including the final. He's really nice, willing to help, and tries to make lecture not so dreadful.

Great professor, but tough tests. Long lectures, but posts notes online. 1 page of notes on tests. Optional final. Assigns homework a few times throughout the semester. Textbook helps with homework, but not necessary. LOTS of extra credit AND he curved the class! Recommend, but heard it's his last semester. Happy retirement, Dr. Dietz!

One of your best options for Econ 202!! The first few weeks of school he likes to call people randomly to answer questions but he does it for our own benefit. Online HW, 3 Exams, and an optional Final. He offers lots of Extra Credit!! Take advantage of it!! The reason I got a C because I slacked off. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Pretty easy teacher. You get to have a cheat sheet for every test. Drops the lowest test. Ton of extra credit. Doesn't use powerpoint but his own microsoft word notes and they are confusing. Don't buy the book, just get the online code for homework.

65% is a C in class so it's not hard to pass. 4 exams. Lowest score he'll drop. Practice HW and scored HW. There were 3-4 scored ones. About 21 points of extra cred. Exams were fairly difficult. He lets you bring a cheat sheet, but it might not help much because they're all application questions with a bit of solving. Cool/funny guy .
