Terrible class.He takes the slides off of the book's website. The book is expensive, but you CAN buy the international version even tho they say not to, I bought it, and it was $40 & exactly the same. Also, you think he doens't take attendance, but he does, he has a chart. Useless class. I feel bad cuz he's a nice guy, but his class is AWFUL.

I took this class spring 2008. It was a nice class. He's boring but as long as you read the book, you will ace the exams. The book used was very expensive but very easy to understand.

I'd go to classes to hear some rambling, albeit often interesting off-topic lectures. I'd read the required reading to get an A (ended with a B+ though). If only life was as simple as getting through mgt 314. He's a good guy if you need extra help too.

he is the man!! but he definitely knows how to screw your grade when it comes to the final. he doesn't answer emails very much and just doesn't explain very thoroughly at times. i would still say its worth taking it for the credit because salame's the other 419 teacher and she is just a plain witch.

He really tries...he's a great guy. But this class is unbearable. I go to every lecture hoping it will help my grade and i will learn something...but you wont. he's not a good teacher at all and the class is soooooo boring and its worse cuz its only at 8am. Dont take it unless you absolutely need to.

Not surprised by the negative comments but I personally really enjoyed his class. He makes you think and if you pay attention he's pretty funny. If you're half braindead to begin with, dont take this class as you'll be forced to learn or fail. One of my favorite profs.

this class was probably the worst class i've ever taken. he rambles on and on about nothing. you pretty much have to read the book page for page in order to do well on the exams. the quizzes were done online instead of in-class like the syllabus stated. you really dont have to go to class just read the book.

bahh this class is horrible. you never have to go to class, even though he says there are unnanounced quizzes, but he did them all online except one on the last day of classes. He doesn't know how to use any sort of technology and rambles on about absolutley nothing! 8 am's suck, but this one is the worst.

This class is very boring and pointless. I wish I could've taken the first exam over. Its pretty hard to get an A in this class but if you read the chapters really well you will be fine in terms of passing. You dont need to go to any classes also just read the chapters. He says there are unannounced quizzes but they 4 of them were online and easy.

I failed his first quiz. Shockingly, I wasnt prepared. I asked for help and he was great. He expects a lot from his students and I respect that about him. I ended the class with an A and think anyone with half a brain and a little work ethic could pass with flying colors.
