Lasley is awesome! Gives you a choice on a plan for your semester: 2 midterms & 1 final, everything comes from the powerpoints he lectures on; 2nd option is the same, 2 midterms & 1 final but with this one, you would have to buy the book, your tests are half book/half lecture based and this choice also includes a 10 page paper. Choose 1st option

Amazing lectures! I had him for 3 hours once a week and I never dreaded going. He gave breaks and let us out early everyday. His lectures are all powerpoints and he has a nice sense of humor. The workbook is expensive but it's an easy 100 pts. I guessed on all the questions and still got full credit. The tests (3) are worded tricky but not too bad

Take him he's amazing. He makes lecture so easy and straight forward for anyone to understand and uses great example to help. In addition you can do traditional or optional method for book if traditional you do book and a essay due at end choose optional which is workbook which makes learning easy and it has extra credit in it and a quiz.

Lasley is an amazing professor. He's funny and knows a lot about the Criminal Justice field. Show up to class and take notes because he does not post powerpoints online. You'll learn a ton of cool stuff in this class!

We are graded based on 3 exams which are all multiple choice. Pay attention to the lectures and his explanations and you'll pass the exams. He has a review day before the exam where he tells you everything that will be on it. Then he has a traditional, and an optional way of grading you for the writing component. Do the optional and its an easy A.

I would recommend this class to anyone, CJ major or not. Lasley is super chill. He does not take attendance, but you should still show up because his powerpoints provide all of the information you need for the 3 exams. You can choose a 10 page paper OR workbook that cost $100. Some extra credit is offered in the workbook. Overall easy class.

Prof. Lasley is a great lecturer he simply gets to the point on his PowerPoints (the way it should be). Teaches well, has some funny stories to share, and there's no workload. There's 3 exams; 2 midterms & final. Fairly easy! Trust me. Only thing you have to do is review your notes form lecture and you'll pass with A's and B's. Gives extra credit!

I chose his workbook option. Well I and some other students purchased the right textbook but little professor down the street printed the wrong edition. Never skipped class but his test had other material on it from his 100 class. I didn't take him for 100 so I was screwed. About the test, I have all the Powerpoints and still I didn't do great.

Easiest professor ever. Option 1: textbook & essay or option 2: $80 workbook. I chose the workbook which was simple. It was all true/false questions. 3 50 question MC tests. I recommend taking his 100 and 300 class at the same time because they're the same thing. Don't need to go to both and only need to do 1 workbook overall. 6 units for 1 class

Great professor and enjoyable class. He has humor too which makes class great. There are three test and you will do well on all if you study class notes. The professor makes the class easy to understand and interesting. If you have any questions he will respond to you quickly and is very helpful in person. I definitely recommend this instructor.

Choose to do the workbook (will not have to write the essay) and do not buy the textbook. He will let you know when to buy the workbook from little professor bookstore. Anyways, made class fun. Easy as it gets should be a B easily.
