Very caring professor. Offers a lot of one on one review of work. A few small papers here and there. Shows you how to write and rewrite a paper and editing it multiple times. Offers extra credit. Laid back environment. If you finish your paper early, you can finish your semester early.

McCullough is the most genuine person I have ever met. From the beginning it was made very clear that his focus is on the students. He truly cares for the people in his class and would go out of his way to make it a good experience. 10/10 would for sure take another class with him.

He is one of my favorite teachers and his class was fun. I struggled with my mental health which kept me from completing my final paper. He was so understanding and gave me extra time. He listens to your concerns, cares about your needs and WANTS you to succeed. Awesome teacher.

Great professor. My ability to write improved having taken this class. You must be willing, as a student, to submit drafts and be open to constructive criticism. The easiest way to do well in this class is to write drafts and have them review multiple times if needed. The same goes for any other writing class. Reviewed essays receive better grades.
