Dr. Simon is the ideal professor. He's willing to help and gives really good constructive criticism. He's articulate and makes his classes interesting--never a dull class throughout the semester. He expects a lot, but the work load is manageable. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Simon is an awesome teacher. So far this has been the best class that I have taken at Fairfield. He is extremely helpful, and gives you immediate feedback. He is a tough grader if you are a poor writer, but he recognizes hard work and is willing to help you improve.

Dr. Simon is the best prof. I have ever had. Hands Down. He can be hard and expects a lot out of his students, but he knows his stuff, is extremely helpful, and your writing will improve ten-fold. Take him before leaving Fairfield!

Awsome professor. This is really the best class I have taken in two years of college. The work is really demanding but it is set up so that you are finished with your work when your other teachers are just starting to pile on the term papers. Definitely go to class and try and do deadline stories early in the semester. Overall, really nice guy.

He's such a great guy! So willing to help you in any way possible. Be prepared to work really hard, but if you put in the effort it pays off. He doesn't give As away, but definitely rewards you for good work. I'd strongly recommend him.
