All he does is read from the textbook, so although you are required to go to class, it is not necessary. Tests are on four chapters and sometimes consist of 120+ terms that you are expected to memorize. Although his tests are short, it is basically a guessing game because who is honestly going to memorize four full chapters? He is a nice man.

Whelan is the man!!! One of the easiest A's I've ever gotten. Skim the chapter before class, turn in questions and write down something somewhat intelligent on the tests and you'll walk out with an A. I actually learned alot from him too!! Take him if you can!

this guy is the best professor ever!!! i took a summer class, and he changed it from 5 days a week to 1, then after 2 weeks of that, decided we would just do one assignment per week, instead of coming to class!! i got an A, and my gpa is a 1.9!!!
