Professor Mennell is a very kind and helpful professor. She will let you hand in Spanish assignments as a rough copy and give them back with corrections. She is also very flexible when it comes to due dates and doesn't go crazy with page length for essays. She clearly has an interest in what she is teaching and I learned a lot in her class.

I've had Dr. Mennell for numerous classes and I've loved each and every one of them! She cares for her students and is very helpful in and out of the classroom. She is very passionate about what she teaches and is very knowledgeable. I learned a lot from her!

Surprised at all the neutral/poor comments - Mennell was a fantastic professor. Really went out of her way to help us learn, and very student focused. Our class tested consistently better than the other 301 section and no matter what she said, we in her class knew it was because of her teaching and dedication to our success. Loved her!

Dr. Mennell is a very sweet woman, a bit scatterbrained and fairly relaxed in class DO NOT BE FOOLED she marks hard on the grammar. If you go to her for help she is more than willing to help you. She really cares about her students when she sees that THEY MAKE A SOLID EFFORT
