Such a nice guy! 2200F is incredibly reading heavy so it can be a little hard to stay on top of, but Plug is very accommodating and explains the material well. Highly recommend taking any of his courses.

Amazing amazing prof. Love him so much and definitely going to take more classes with him. Amazing lecturer, can somehow turn something as boring as theory and crit into a class that you enjoy going to and applies it to real life scenarios. You won't regret taking a class with him.

Professor Plug is amazing! He made me love a course I never in a million years thought I'd enjoy. He is passionate about Contemporary Theory and Criticism and makes the lectures interesting. Yes, there are a lot of readings, and you are expected to do them, but he makes you WANT to do them. I learned SO MUCH from him this semester!

Plug is great. Though I'm sure he's probably not a huge fan of me as a student because I'm late with EVERYTHING, he is honestly one of the best profs I've had at western. extremely helpful and a fantastic lecturer. warning though, he's a hard marker. don't let that stop you though; you should take a class with him if you have the chance.

First: There is not an unkind bone in professor Plug's body and I cannot imagine anyone less likley to fail to accomodate language or race issues in class. Lectures are a bit loose, but also fun (trade off) but he knows his stuff. A capable uni student should be about to self monitor...Really though, great man, great prof! Magnifique!

Plug is awesome - best lecturer I've had in university! Somehow he makes theory and criticism fun. We had crazy discussions and I actually looked forward to going to class. Pretty hard marker but still great. If you CAN take a class with him, DO IT!

Very smart prof, fun to listen to and interesting. Possibly insecure with himself, sometimes it seems like for all his intelligence he is still yearning to be loved (but who isn't). He is very humorous, classes are fun, hes a cool guy.
