She can be monotonous so I fell asleep in class a lot. Weekly online quizzes are easy only w text book. BI 301 content is immense but you get a cheat sheet for midterms and final, so that's great! She gives In class quizzes occasionally, 1% each. Exams are based on her own lecture slides & not from the textbook. Gives bunch of bonus mark in exams

An old-school professor who teaches well and actually (surprise) expects that students who attend her class WANT to LEARN. She has no tolerance for entitled students. I suspect if you don't like her, you like EASY marks. She teaches as if university is still a place that only intelligent people attend. Sadly, this is is no longer true.

You can tell that she loves biology, but she seems to forget that her students don't know as much about it as she does. Sometimes rushed through material and a lot of it was fairly dry. Still a nice prof, but I wouldn't really want to take another class with her.

If u have a problem with her lectures, u probably shouldn't be taking biology. She's excited about the material which SHOULD be a good thing. She teaches straight out of the textbook, so I don't know what your prob is: memorize the bold words and pics.
