Wonderful human being. Gives very hard problem sets; tests are manageable albeit difficult. Very unclear as a lecturer; read the book religiously to cover up her gaps. Loves her students. Take Multivariable calculus before taking pchem with her.

Jane gives really hard exams, and problem sets are very time consuming. But she clearly explains all the material, and is an excellent professor. She also cares about you as a student and person, which is HUGE, especially here, where most professors could care less.
