He is a really great prof plus he's really nice to look at. For the essay-writing class he's not that great, but the subject is so dull it must be extremely difficult to inspire interest in it. For actual literature he is amazing and very inspiring.

Most pointless class of my life. He was a very nice guy, but I learned nothing..I stopped going after midterms. And the TA was horrible too..had no idea what he was doing. But not a lot of work for the course and very easy to get 80's.

i can't decide whether hes been a prof for a long time or not. he stands in front of the class and talks monotonely while he shakes like a crazy person. my friend thinks hes hot but i personally DON'T see it at all! GROSS!

This class is a joke, but it is not the professor's fault. We learn grammatical skills that I acquired in elementary school. This shouldn't even be a course, and I don't think any teacher could make it interesting. I think if you can't write an essay, you shouldn't be in university.

I don't think teaching's for him. He just stands in front of the class, talking in a monotone voice; it's very boring. He also makes us go over concepts most of us learned back in grade 9; he hasn't really introduced new materiel that I wasn't actually aware of.

Made this class feel like grade 2 ESL. Lectures on average lasted 15 minutes. Chose good books for the course though,just try not to think too hard or you'll get so bored you want to die.
