Great online instructor! Jean is kind and very helpful by providing prompt feedback and being clear in her assignment expectations. The video tips and lectures she posts came in very handy and are the reason this was the best online course I've ever taken. Put in the (moderate) work and she will make sure you succeed. Cannot recommend her enough!

I've been really impressed with this class and with Professor Kent. She is totally prepared, well informed, fair, and approachable. She's obviously put so much work into making this class effective and the online environment usable and resource laden. She cares about her students' success, which is one reason she's a great teacher. Take her class!

Very excellent teacher. I would take any other class she offers, however she doesn't. I had no interest in web site design, but she made it easy to learn and was helpful in her critiques of assignments. It might take a little work, but an A is not to hard to obtain in this class.

Simply the best!!! She will use any all means necessary to teach you including via phone, skype, email, custom video tutorials just for you, and in-person teaching. She will not let you fail if you want to learn. If you make a mistake, she will offer you a shot at redemption by allowing you to try to make corrections before grading. Thanks Jean!

Finally an online class that works because the professor knows how to present online lectures (with transcripts), complete eTutorial, and well-organized content. And she's even online to answer questions! A great class, highly recommended for anyone interested in design or development of web-based content.
