He is one of the best at lecturing. He tells you what you need to know and what to expect. To pass all you have to do is show up take notes and be able to put all your notes in essay form and you should be fine.

Take notes during his lectures and you won't have any problem with the class. He specifically inform you of what you need to know for each test the day before. Kept class interesting and I was never a fan of history class.

Easy easy, straight forward class and guy. Professor C. is a very interesting man. Keeps his lecture interesting, and tells you EXACTLY what you need to learn. Textbooks yes. Show up to every class, pay attention, and take notes in lecture. Boom easy A. Nothing negative about him really.

Crownover is the most straightforward professor I've had in 4 years at Madonna University. When he lectures, he will tell you what parts of the lecture are important. When it comes time to take exams he will give you the word for word answers that he wants for each question. All you have to do is break it down to bullet points and know it for test

Comment:

Easily the best professor in the entire school! He is so interesting to listen to. It always seems like a 3 hour lecture goes by in 30 min. I have never had a class where i wanted lecture to go on and on because he is just that good. There is some reading involved... but his test come straight from his handouts in class. Best Professor ever by far!

Excellent professor! Very clear and concise with lectures-keeps you interested and for someone who doesn't like history, his class was my favorite class this semester. I would take any class he taught! Weekly quizzes on reading is open books, offers extra credit quizzes at the end. midterm and Final straight from notes. Easy A if you pay attention

By far one of the greatest teachers I have ever had. I was very nervous taking this class as I had NO interest in History. Dr. Crownover made me not only UNDERSTAND history - but LOVE learning about it. He is truly a great teacher in that he gets his students to love the topic. Very kind and very helpful. Take notes and you will do great.

He is one of the best teachers I have ever had. I don't know how he did it: he not just taught us, but made us actually WANT to know more. I mean seriously before the class I would never have thought that I would actually come to ENJOY learning about the Arab/Israel conflict and the Cuban Missile Crisis. I couldn't get enough, and that's weird.

Seriously the most amazing teacher I have ever had. He is so passionate and so organized and clear, not to mention a Godly character. Take notes the whole class, go home and type them out in words you understand, then regurgitate for test = A. Got 100's on both my tests.
