Truly incredible. He has so many inspirational stories and really lived what he teaches. His class is pretty easy as long as you care. He honestly just wants to see some passion and he'll give you an A. This was the only class I never stressed over last semester. Outside of class, he's always willing to sit down and talk and gives great advice.

Banks is a great professor! He is always there for you when you need him. The class itself is fairly easy. You do have to read a few books, but they are worth your time. Participate in class. The field trips are so fun. Put effort into the essays.

I had Dr. Banks as an organization behavior professor in 1994. He was such a caring and compassionate teacher and influence and I still share the stories that came out in his class with friends today. He definitely changed my life ... I'm still talking about it. Worth all of the vulnerability that you will experience in the class!!

Take his class. Attendence is mandatory because you will refuse to skip. You make great relationships. You learn about yourself. You get an A. You write a paper every week, but its very unformal and its about you, so it is easy and fun. Beware: you might be challenged to step outside your comfort zone

Every trait about Professor Banks is one I admire. He has challenged me to be the person I always wanted to be. I am so glad to have him as a mentor. My life has forever been changed because of Dr. Banks and I could not be happier with the changed that has occurred.

I am a freshman this year at Pepperdine, and I can say that Dr. Banks has made me feel so welcome. He tells us to call him "Uncle Jeff". He teaches you real life values, and puts you in hard situations, but its the best thing you could possibly do. I look forward to his class every week. TAKE SAAJ! you wont regret it.

banks is the best prof i've had at pepperdine yet. such a great person. he's got the biggest heart and so many memories to tell. the class was super easy, full of discussion and basically talking the entire class period. the other saaj profs are all english teachers so banks will tell you that he's not gonna be like them. LOVE THE MAN!!!
