I have to agree with the other comment from 10/08. Whatever this teacher used to be is gone. He is a joke. He doesnt lecture but one class period in between each test (we meet 3 times a week and each test is every two weeks) He doesnt bother to concern himself with student concerns nor does he bother to teach anything. Should not be a professor.

Good Teacher but not for IDE 110. We only had one lecture per test. The rest of the classes were spent in "problem workshops," where we were did hw by ourself, not helpful. So you were basically teaching yourself everything. If thats your thing you will like the class, if not (like myself)you will hate it and not learn anything.

Very smart and very organized guy. Knows exactly what he wants, but can see things from a different view. Grades by comparing your assignment vs everyone elses. I would reccommend him.

Good professor. He grades things on a skewed scale. He lines up the projects (or memos) in order of how he likes them and gives the best one full credit and goes down the line. The CAD is really easy too. It's an easy A if you show up on CAD and presentation days. My class didn't use the book at all, but he said he was trying something new with us.

Jeff is sooo amazing! Unlike other classes I took in undergrad, his teaching stuck with me and is useful now in my grad courses and work as an engineer. Not to mention, he's an absolutely upstanding and creative guy. The total hotness doesn't hurt, either.

I luv it when he turns the lights out and we get JT Statics Theater 3000. He really is a great teacher and I recommend him to everyone. And he's a drummer in a band. How sweet is that. This guy is the complete package. Wish he taught everything here.

JT IS A GOD. His class goes by very quickly. You can begin the homework during the class, if you get tripped up, stop for 5-10 minutes and pay attention to the lecture, then you're good to go again. Extremely helpful and easy to talk to.

Very clear presentation, made labs procedural, uncomplicated. I've never had better results with a lab.
