He's not a genius at Comp Sci, but he's generally fun, and his classes are genuinely enjoyable. The downside to him is sometimes I find his homework directions lacking some clarity and he's not an understanding person. Great in the classroom, not so great outside of it. Great teacher, you must keep up with your homework because your tests and quizzes are based off your homework. Another key to passing is taking notes and reviewing them. His office hours are beneficial for extra questions and Math Lab tutors help as well.

Passionate teacher. Available for help if you go to his office. His grading standards are tougher than most teachers, he makes you work for every single point, doesn't really do the whole " points for trying" thing. Make sure you stay ahead.

Professor Clark was such an awesome teacher that I am taking him again for an advanced comp sci class. He has a thorough knowledge of the field, has fun but not too difficult assignments, and became one of my favorite professors once I got to know him. He can be a little harsh at times, but he agreed to write a letter of recommendation for me.

I just want to thank you for failing me Mr. Clark. Thanks for losing most of my work and even after finding half of it, still blaming me. Thanks for giving the motivation to leave this school and get a scholarship to a much better school with good teachers. Thanks for making fun of other students when they asked you questions. Class is stupid easy.

Another math professor recommended Clark to me. I went into statistics totally expecting it to be a struggle, and while it was challenging and required time and memorization, it was very doable since he lectures well and makes it comprehensible. Write down everything he puts on the board, even if you think something'll be easy to remember.

He is a great teacher that I've had for 2 semesters, yes he's a bit sarcastic and maybe not everyone gets his sense of humor but he is extremely helpful, you can always go to him in his office and he will help you as much as you need. I would definitely recommend him.

It's still the beginning of the semester, but He's one of the best Math teachers I've had so far. He actually teachers the course with MATH, like all Math classes should be, at least that's what I think. As long as you take the notes, ask questions, and do the homework you should do great in his class. If you get the material the class is easy.

EXCELLENT PROFESSOR. whether your a beginner or an expert at math this is an easy A he explains the work down to a t. He gives homework right before the test and whats on the homework is basically on the test so if you can do the homework you can def pass the test I would recommend him all the way

Found the class interesting but was not a fan of the sarcasm, feel like a prof. that angry shouldnt be teaching, however points are driven home. his helpfulness is low and sarcasm high, but he can have his helpful moments, he is managable.

Clark is a no nonsense guy who can seem rough but I found his assignments fair and if you do them the test are pretty simple. If you put the effort in he is very helpful. He knows his stuff and explains it well. I would recommend him.

He was good, especially compared to other stat teachers I've heard about. I took the 8 AM which was pretty painful if I forgot to get coffee. Statistics is probably the least like a math class of any "MAT" class, but if you aren't already interested in it, it won't be any less painful.
