This is the most honest opinion about her. I took her after reading all the comments but I regretted my life after taking her. She speaks continuously in 2 hour class and makes no sense. Her classes are a waste of time, you only would want to go to class because of iclicker! If you want good grades please avoid her, Tough exams!

Jennifer is an awesome teacher. Expectations are really clear. She's a very fair teacher. She allows you to miss a few classes and deducted your lowest mark from quizzes and homework. I really enjoyed her lectures . She is eloquent and easy to listen to. There's no term paper in the class! This class helped boost my GPA

Jen is a great prof! She uses launchpad to boost our grades up and it worth more than the midterm. Speaking of mid-terms, they are straightforward, MC and short answers and would cover four chapters. Plus, the final is the same thing. Also, at the end of the semester, she would recommend us to attend research groups for bonus marks.

Jen is a very good prof! Her eam are straight forward,MC and short answers. Just read the text and you will get a good grade. She uses launchpad and participation marks to bump your mark up. Strongly recommand her.

Jennifer is a very good professor. She is very "for the student" and works hard to make sure that we all get the best marks that we can. She comes of a tad pretentious at times, but it happens so rarely that it didn't really affect me at all. She's sweet, very nurturing to her students, and all in all, is a great choice for a psych prof.

She is an absolutely amazing teacher. She is really kind and understanding. Ask her for feedback and she will give you the best help. Her classes are really fun. There is communication among students. She is a fair grader. Overall she is the best.

She is an amazing professor i ever had. This course is easy but u really need to devote your time. Visit her weekly she will give you good feedback. Moreover the online module of this course is easy and grade booster. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Poole is a very good at teaching her students. She is available for office hours and always responds to email. Exams are straight forward, study/read material and you will pass with good grade. Exams are mc with for short answer questions. Great course, amazing caring teacher.

Take the mixed mode course with her, the online portion should be an easy 20 percent of your grade if you put the time in, and it will give you everything you need for the exams. Her lectures kind of just repeat stuff from the textbook but this helps you remember the important stuff and gives an idea of what will be on the exams. She's nice too.

Jennifer was such a genuine, lovely, and especially caring as a prof and person! I took the mixed mode with her, her lectures were engaging and she thoroughly explained each topic in detail. Her exams/final are m/c, along with 4 short answers. Keep up with Launchpad activities throughout the term. Thank you for an amazing semester, Dr. Poole! :)

She is a really nice teacher, she puts in a lot of effort in her lectures, she LOVES engaging the class in fun classroom activities. She is just a REALLY good teacher. Would definitely take her class again! :) She is easy to approach, if you ask for help she will definitely help you as much as she can.

I'm in her social psychology class and I find the class kind of boring. Not necessarily because of her, she's a really nice person, but the material itself is really convoluted and dry. If you ask for help, it's there. Sometimes I don't feel like she is clear enough though. Also a tougher grader.

She's nice and all but if you take her course you're going to have to expect to spend a lot of money... and a lot of time on assignments than gaining something from her lectures which seem more like being in a game show by force.
