No due dates, easy class. If you don't have Microsoft Access, prepare to fail the assignments that requires it. Complete self-pace course. DO NOT WAIT LAST MINUTE/LAST WEEK OF CLASS. This class was pretty easy, the only problem I had was I took it online and it was hard to tell what I was supposed to study, turns out not much, the assignments were super relaxed (with no midterm/final) 10/10 would recommend.

I would take Professor Hensel again. He was incredible. I took him for my online class and it was self-paced, and I was able to finish my class quickly. He was extremely clear on what was expected, and was always available over email if you needed to ask any questions. Really cares about his students and where they are.

Comment:

He would not really reply when you needed and even when he did, he was not much help. But his class was good, I did learn, and if you need a professor who lets you learn by yourself, this is the teacher for you. Also, if you vaguely know something about coding, it is the easiest thing ever.

It's a good class. If you've used Office Programs Prior, this will be a peace of cake. No due dates either. You can also finish the class within a few weeks if you work consistently in it. I took this class online but I actually met him in person and he fixed my computer in the computer lab at East Campus. I appreicated having him this semester.

For a self-passed IT course, I found the database management course to be relatively easy. You can easily kill the entire semester in a week amount of work if you have a database background. If you do not - prepare to self teach everything. Found the online classroom unorganized - old material, old requirements. otherwise... EASY

The material appeared to be an easy A, but I dropped the class after I saw how insanely disorganized this teacher is. He posts a giant hodge podge of material in random order, due dates from past semesters, copy-paste discussion responses with old and sometimes another student's personal information still in them, etc.

Most of the online meetings were canceled due to technical errors. There were a lot of projects. I was able to grasp most fundamentals without reading the book. I'm not super interested in computer hardware but it was interesting enough.

Class is easy if you have any experience with Office prior to this course. The only thing you need to watch for is on the assignments he tells you what to do, however read not just the instructions but the rubric as it is a bit more detailed on what he is looking for. Overall a great teacher and class to take online.

I took a joint class with Professors Hensel and Hennel. They worked together to keep the class interesting, and each assisted with students who needed help while the class as a whole progressed. Great way to teach the subject. Prof. Hensel in particular is extremely helpful. I'd recommend him to anyone. Exams are book-heavy, so be prepared.

If you do not know much about computers, PLEASE, DO NOT take this class. For the first 2 to 3 weeks, it seemed easy. But as you go along the course, the hard stuff began. I practically had to learn and research everything on my own. He expects you to read the book. Emailed him for helped,very broad answer. I had to ask my friend's dad for help.

Great professor. Teaches at Valencia and at UCF. Obviously loves teaching and computers. Keeps current on all industry activities and changes, and makes sure he communicates them to his students. I took him for A+ software and I'm sure I wouldn't never have passed the Comptia Exam without taking his course. I thought I knew a lot about computers but I learned A LOT in his class. There is a lot of homework, but it can all be done in class. Tests are done Open Book. The teacher is very knowledgeable and friendly, I recommend him highly!
