Tons of homework , but I learned so much. He is not like the average college teacher, and you are expected to read the book before class. I understand why so much students struggles with Mr. Black it is because he wants you to develop a better techniques of learning. His reputation about don't treat students fairly is not quite true.

He is the worst teacher I have ever had. He mumbles and his lectures make no sense at all !! He test on material that he does not go over in lecture. He is rude and arrogant and it is literally a BIG waste of time and energy taking his class.. I do not recommend to take his class, if you want to learn about business.

Teacher makes me want to fall asleep. The class is really mundane and he has an almost monotone voice. He's just one of those teachers (not very interesting) and likes to hear himself talk. He also has a condescending nature about him. I think someone else said "arrogant." That works too.

Mr. Black is tough, but fair. The Classroom is his Kingdom and he Rules it well. He likes feedback and responsive classes. He gives a lot of homework but it's very structured. He also gives you a lot of opportunities to succeed as well. I give him a 9 on a scale of 1 - 10. I'm looking forward to his next class.

This teacher is unbelivably rude i attended his class today n was schocked wen he mentioned that 10 points of our grade will be given only to thoes who vote and thoes who are not citezens and cant legaly vote WILL have TO DO AN ESSAY! which u will not be given full credt for unless its very good! Great class for learning about business law. Mr. Black is very helpful. One must read chapters prior to class. You cannot just sit there and listen to a lecture. It is a better learning environment for everyone. The grade you get is a measure of the time and effort you give the homework assignments. Mr. Black is a wise, experienced business man.

Study the take home exams if you can memorize all of the questions, guarantee you get at leas 85% on the actual exam. Tons of homework, brilliant instructor. His questions can be tricky at times so read them carefully. Overall, i would recommend this professor to someone who wants to be ready for a 4-year institution.

Even though I'm getting a B/C I still consider Prof Black to be a good teacher. Tests are 100% concepts from the book even though he adds a lot more information during lecture which is in the form of interesting and relevant stories. Recommended for sure!
